Graham Township is a township in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, United States. The rural community was settled in 1822 and then incorporated into a township in 1856 by James B. Graham. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total of 30.4 square miles, of which 30.2 square miles of it is land and 0.2 square miles of it is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 1,236 people, 463 house holds, and 375 families residing in the township. The population density was 40.9 people per square mile. There were 549 housing units at an average density of 18.2 square miles. The racial makeup of the township was 98.46% White, 0.40% Native American, 0.08% from other races, and 1.05% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.16% of the population.
